With BubblePay, we’re removing the friction from making a purchase so that buying is easy.

What is BubblePay?

Current mobile checkout experiences are lengthy and frustrating. BubblePay enables customers, like you, to have easier and better mobile-first buying experiences. We do this by securely storing your payment information so you can purchase the products you love directly from your messages app.

Your Information in BubblePay

When you make a purchase with BubblePay, we save the following securely encrypted information for your future purchases:

  • Shipping Address

  • Billing Address

  • Credit Card Details

  • Mobile Phone Number

We also use your email to verify your account. View our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

In order to pay using BubblePay in a participating store, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be 18+ years of age

  • Reside in the United States

  • Have a mobile number that is capable of receiving SMS text messages

  • Use a credit or debit card to make a purchase (prepaid debit cards are not accepted)

Managing Orders

Order Inquiries

Do you have questions about an order you placed using BubblePay?

All orders placed through BubblePay are immediately sent to the store you’re shopping at. You can either reply directly to the order confirmation email, or reach out to the store. Many stores list their contact information on places like their website or their social media platforms.

Cancelling an Order

To cancel your order, you can contact the store directly.

Cancellations are subject to the store’s cancellation policy. Once the store has confirmed your cancellation with BubblePay, your refund will be processed to your original form of payment.

Refund processing times vary and can take up to 14 days depending on your financial institution. To check the status of your refund, please confirm first that the store has updated your order status and check if you might have already been refunded to your original payment method.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you can contact the store directly.

All refunds will be issued according to the store’s refund policy. Once the store has confirmed your return with BubblePay, your refund will be processed to your original form of payment.

Reporting non-delivery of an order

If you have not yet received your order, you can contact the store directly for help. Please use the tracking number provided by the store for the latest progress on your order’s estimated delivery.

If you have already paid for the purchase, BubblePay will refund you if the store processes a return under their refund policy.

Account Help

Finding Your Account Number

Your BubblePay account number is the same as the mobile number you used when checking out for the first time.

Deactivate your Account

To delete your BubblePay account, please let us know by visiting bubblepay.com/opt-out and submitting your mobile number. It can take up to 30 days for BubblePay to delete your account.

Fraud Protection

Our solution is designed to prevent unauthorized use and to protect your personal information. To achieve this, we use security measures that include computer safeguards and secured files. We also maintain other physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect this information and we limit access to information to those employees for whom access is appropriate.
